    I have been practicing pilates for over 10 years and am also a pilates teacher. Watching Bridget’s video on Postural Alignment for Supine Abs showed me that I had my feet in the incorrect position during table top. Wow, what a revelation! Thank you, Bridget, for helping me with my pilates practice.

    Wanting to feel more healthy, I decided to take the 30 Day Wellness Challenge with Bridget in mid January. I was a little nervous, thinking that I would have to make major lifestyle adjustments which would totally disrupt my comfort zone. That, however, was not the case. I filled out Bridget’s questionnaire and then had my initial phone call with her to establish goals and an action plan. Bridget was very helpful in making sure the goals were fundamentally supportive, realistic and obtainable, and in helping me set up a daily journaling and meditation practice. Both of these were scary to me, because I was not used to taking time out of the day just for me. At first, the meditation and journaling seem difficult but, as I stayed with it, I found that I started to appreciate listing “What I am Grateful For” and “What’s Working”. This practice really nourished me to more fully notice and “drink up” the beauty in my everyday life. I also began filling out a Food Mood Log, writing down what I ate and how I felt about it which helped me identify patterns with my food and mood habits. In addition, writing “What I Like About Myself” several times a week helped me see how much there is about me that I really like! In our weekly 30-minute telephone calls, Bridget was able to help me see my strong points by viewing my life (the “good” and “bad”) in a more positive, useful way and she supported me in cultivating loving, sustainable habits for myself that nurture my health and well being. I encourage everyone to take the 30 Day Wellness Challenge. It will change your life, from the inside and out, bringing more joy, gratitude, presence and peace into your daily life
