Body & Mind Integrative Massage – Adriana Agnoletto
I have always been fascinated with the human body. Raised in a culture obsessed with beauty, vitality and health, I decided to pursue a career in fitness. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, I worked as Personal Trainer and P.E. Teacher while also volunteering as a Sports Coach for a non-profit organization in the community. Learn More About Adriana!
Growing up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, I was very active exploring the outdoors, playing sports, and exercising. Whenever I was feeling run down, my grandmother would clear and restore my body’s energy with a technique similar to what we call Reiki. I always felt clearer, more present and connected to my body and myself after seeing her. When I moved to California, I fell in love with the lifestyle of wellness and health consciousness that is so prevalent throughout the Bay Area. But, being away from my culture, my family and my grandmother’s healing gift was very challenging. I tried many alternative approaches to help me find inner peace. My entire outlook changed after I received an amazing therapeutic massage. I felt more grounded and connected to myself than ever before. I was filled with an undeniable urge to share that incredible experience with others. Two days later I enrolled at National Holistic Institute – College of Massage Therapy. I graduated with honors as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator. I am currently certified by the California Massage Therapy Council and am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. I am so grateful to have found my true passion and for the opportunity to support my clients in reconnecting their mind and body in a healthier and more balanced way. I’m looking forward to connecting with you soon! Obrigada
